Safeguarding
We take the safety of all very seriously and fully support and comply with National Guidance and Guidelines. The Baptist Union states
"The care and protection of children and all those who are vulnerable mattered to Jesus, and therefore it matters to us. Striving to keep everyone safe from harm and acknowledging and responding appropriately to concerns when they arise must be at the heart of our life as Christian communities."
If you think a child or adult is at immediate risk of harm or a crime has been committed, you should call 999.
If you have any concerns around the welfare of a child or vulnerable adult, please contact our Safeguarding Officers. Their details can be found below.

Safeguarding Officer: Mandy Vance Williams:
Every person has a value and dignity, which comes directly from the creation of male and female in God’s own image and likeness. Christians see this potential as fulfilled by God’s re-creation of us in Christ. Among other things this implies a duty to value all people as bearing the image of God and therefore to protect them from harm.
